New Goals for 2014

I was looking at another girl's yoga pictures and I realised I very much missed the feeling of achievement and tranquility that yoga has brought me. I have decided to embark on a 365 challenge for 2014 - to do at least 20 - 30 minutes of yoga daily for the whole year. I've started a little these past few days, to see where I am in terms of flexibility and strength and I can only do some poses but flexibility has again declined horrendously. (No forward bends, can't reach my toes etc etc) But.. all the more reason to properly train the next year. I'll try to log something everyday, hopefully with pictures to track my progress at least monthly if not weekly.
